Brewing tips
Drip Coffee Maker
Ratio: Use 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water.
Grind: Medium grind.
Water: Filtered water just below boiling (195-205ยฐF).
Espresso
Ratio: Use 18-20 grams of coffee for a double shot.
Grind: Fine grind.
Water: Brew at 190-195ยฐF under 9 bars of pressure for 25-30 seconds.
French Press
Ratio: Use 1 ounce (28 grams) of coffee per 16 ounces (475 ml) of water.
Grind: Coarse grind.
Water: Boil, then cool for 30 seconds before pouring. Brew for 4 minutes.
